#MyMannDay – The Time spent on Two Wheels

I have always been a person who used to stay alone, not going out with friends, staying home most of the time and watching movies or spending my time on social media and I think that was affecting my mental health. This all changed when I got my first two wheeler, which was a Royal Enfield “A dream of every youngster” ‘My bike!’ I sat on it and went on a long drive. That was the day I felt more alive after going out exploring new places on my bike.

The open road and fresh air are like my medication, making me feel better, moving more alive and more energized. There is just nothing else in my life that gives me that feeling of freedom, that ability to free my mind and just enjoy the moment,” Riding a bike is like an art, sometimes you do because you feel something inside”. Motorcycle riding is a combination of exhilaration, fear, relaxation, and pleasure that changed me forever. It’s a physical and emotional pleasure, with a layer of anxiety and adrenaline.
IF YOU’VE EVER WONDERED WHAT IT’S LIKE TO RIDE ONE, RIDE ON.
