To be honest, it takes a lot of energy to accept and get out of that state where you are just at your lowest. The toughest part of that challenge is that you think that others will acknowledge it and accept it but sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. When they don’t acknowledge it, it breaks you but then somewhere it makes you stronger, it makes you realise your inner strength and how much capable you are in handling things on your own. Then there are some people who are there for you. For me, what gives me hope are my people who are there for me and I, myself, venting out through various methods. I vent it out by talking to my friends and by writing or making videos about whatever is going on in my head and posting it on my account. Venting it out makes you feel better and lighter. 🙂 And makes you stand face to face with your inner strength.
